All in stock items ship within 7 business days unless otherwise stated. If you are tight on time, please contact me and I can try and expedite the process. Shipping is via priority mail as standard. Please contact me if you are shipping to an international address. Insurance is not included and Hivenly is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
I value all my customers greatly and want you to be happy, but unfortunately I am not in a position to accept returns. However, new, unworn items may be returned for store credit within 14 days. Hivenly is not responsible for return shipping costs. In the unusual event that your jewelry needs repair - please email me directly with the concern.
I welcome custom and bespoke orders - please contact me directly to discuss. Typically custom work takes longer to ship, so please bear this in mind before-placing any orders. Custom work is not returnable.
